Had an interesting situation with my purple passion plant, not sure if anyone else has one but I think any vining plant would be comparable. I have had it hanging in my window for the last few months and it has thrived growing a few four foot vines.

However, recently all of its new growth steming from the vines has just resulted in leaves that do not fully open and then eventually die. This has happened on nearly all secondary growth and is actually starting to effect the primary vines as well (older growth is either turning yellow and dying or becoming stiff and not opening anymore). I have had it in the same pot for about 4 months now and judging by the amount its grown it could be root bound, could this be the cause of all this? The only other problem I can think of is now that the sun is changing direction, not as much light is reaching it as its used to have and all new growth is stretching towards one side of the pot. However, even this new growth is suffering from leaves not fully developing.

Any help would be greatly appreciated as the plant is really starting to get large and I didnt want to have to take the cuttings and start all over.
