It seems that I never learn. So I started alot of my plants from seed in doors. I followed all the rules....hardened them off outside until they were ready for the garden. I added 10-10-10 fertilizer to my garden and turned it over several times then planted half of my new seedlings.

Hmmmm...I feel that I am missing something. Checked on my garden the next evening and behold every last veggie that I planted was eaten by rabbits.

ARG!!!!!!
So I did a retake only this time I made cages for all my tomatoes and lettuce. Then I bought some rabbit spray from a local garden shop....highly recommended.

Checked on my garden the following evening and......I WON!!!!!
Seems the rabbits hate the spray....smells very garlicy. Sprayed my tomato plants and removed the cages and they survived too.

1 for me 1 for the rabbits. Up next...voles.

Glad that did the trick for you. A guy at work uses Moth balls, keeps rabbits and squirrels away from his veggies,, Squirrels were digging up his tender veggies, he supposed looking for nuts,, why But he swears by using moth balls has done it for years.

I understand completely. The rabbits got all 16 romanine I planted this year. And they are still hanging around looking at the blueberries that aren't ripe yet.

Yeah I love this spray. So far all my veggies are doing fine. I decided to expand my no rabbit zone and spray the grass about 3 feet around my garden. Now I need to destroy the bugs. Seems that around my house and garden I have a small flea infestation and I am on their menu.
So since I am highly alergic to the bites, I am going on the attack and treating every square inch of my yard.

Man if it's not one thing it's another.
