My step-son and I participated in the Red, White, and Dead zombie walk in Seattle today. Thousands of people dress up as zombies and try to break the world record. This is the third year this has taken place in Seattle. The first year Seattle got the world record and then London beat us. The second year, Seattle reclaimed their title and held it for quite some time before New Jersey beat us. This year was another attempt to reclaim the title. They haven't said officially if we beat the record but the rumor is that we did. We had a lot of fun. We either missed the Thriller dance or they didn't do it, which was a bummer because we were both looking forward to that. Lots of people dressed up, in character and all. Zombies were chasing cars and some bicyclists on the trail. The march was long and slow, true to zombie fashion I suppose. Both our feet hurt but we're happy we went and may do it again next year. I took quite a few photo's so I thought I'd just post a link to the album. Thanks for looking!

Loooks like a lot of fun, Cheryl! Do you know where it is held in NJ? We are just over the border in NY and I've not heard of it.
