I like some of the comments on that article... Wow, simply amazing! A child, outside, without even a Nintendo DS or iPOD in hand. I nominate Sherman for parent of the year.

My poor neglected daughter got her first iPod for her 16th birthday. She had to buy her own first video game system later. I pretty much agree with Sherman.
