Hello Everyone!

This is my first post to the forum and I need help! I purchased my snake plant (aka mother in law tongue) about a year and a half ago from the home depot. I re-potted it immediately. It sent out a second set of growth shortly after I got it. After educating myself on indoor plants I have decided that I have been watering it too much but have started it on a good watering routine. However, it's growth has been stunted for about a year now. Of the new leaves that came out only one grew up tall and the others are still only one or two inches tall and tight to each other. What's going on? Did I do irreparable damage to it?
