Diane called me this afternoon to let me know that she heard from Merme today.
Merme has been in the hospital ever since we last heard from her, but she got to finally come home today!

She has been a very sick lady, but is doing much better now. She misses us all and will be back as soon as her internet gets reconnected after the first of the year...

We miss you Merme! Please get better and better so you can come back home to us soon!

Oh my, I had been wondering, Bill thanks for letting us know---I am glad to know that she is finally getting better. I will watch for her to return..

Wow so glad I came on tonit and saw this....


going to try and call tomorrow , we have all been so busy running around and watching kids and taking people to docs lately- hubby had a physical and new doc's office help are a bunch of idiots, they kept his blood test results for a week with no call to give them to us- we dropped by office and didn't understand why we would care if they called us or not, needless to say we are changing docs for him... and the insurance co will know why.... UGH! so unprofessional .. nurse gave us a printout and said make an appt in a month to have more blood work done to see if bad liver results get better.... this was in a hall way and she rushed us thru it... this was after we had to call 5 times to get the prescriptions sent to pharmacy... ridiculous...no one seemed to know who should have done it or why it wasn't done the first time...
Well off to bed now- had the boys overnight last night and my body clock is off - but getting sleepy now finally--- let them stay up and watch Christmas movies... so I stayed awake to make sure they had gone to sleep , then I must have slept with one ear open cause I didn't sleep well - but got up early, made them breakfast- pancakes and blueberry syrup.. was Derek's ninth birthday too so we had had icecream and cake that night too... don't think it agreed with me very well , he chose lasagna for dinner too so maybe it was the combination.... who knows....
Nite all... or morning if you see it then... hope to sleep in .....

Grrr thought I had Merme's number- can't find it anywhere... know I printed it out when she gave me her new one.. so Merme if you can get here send it to me again- I keep everything- but not that... to much going on ,my office is a mess of Christmas and refinacing papers,, not to mention getting ready for taxes and stuff...

Well hope to search and find it tomorrow... got to bake tomorrow , banana breads and snickerdoodles.. won't have boys so got to get it done while I can- did a few cards today- only sending a few this yr...

Dodge, I called her today while I was between printing pics and she sounded much like her old self... feels much better too..and she will be back after first of the year when her internet is re- connected... Maxi will be back with her tomorrow ..just in time for Christmas... so all is well... I wished her Merry Christmas for all of us and she wishes us the same...!
and yes Bill and Carol wrote her number in my files this time....LOL thanks again for keeping track for me !

Thinking of you Merme..

I talked to Merme the other day, she is good, But says she doesn't have internet yet,,,
She needs prayers for her Nephew things are not so good for him right now,

Thank you Diane I've been thinking about her but the number I have is an old number. Next time you talk to her give her my love and ask her to call me she has my number unless she lost it with all the problems she has had. In that case you can give er my number

talked to Merme this evening.
She has fallen out of her bed and broke her arm . She says they can't cast it as it's the arm for her dialysis. so it will be in a tight sling for a good while.Other than that she is feeling pretty good, . Every once in a while Max has his laptop from school, and she can use it to get on the net,, she is still working on getting her own computer.
Her thoughts are with us tho and she says

Thanks for the update. I've been wanting to write to her but I never got her new address. Let her know we are all thinking of her.

Prayers for Merme she has had more then her share of trouble.

Thanks, everyone, for your concern, prayers and well wishes through this difficult time.

I miss you all so much! The lively converations, the wit, the fascinating topics, the kindnesses displayed here have all made my life so much better, I've been really lonely without all of you.

So I hope to get a computer up and running real soon and be right back w/ y'all.

The weather is so unruly , things arent growin like it should.. RIght now the lilacs are only half there. Tulips were a mess..........
