hello im new to gardening and im interested in growing an herb garden and im curious to what is legal and or illegal to grow as far as herbs. i dont wanna break any laws so any help in this area would be appreciative, thanks

I do not know. You will need to get that info from someplace like Texas Tech or something. Different areas have varying rules and laws.
