hi i'm am a returning gardener. wandering why does my rose bushes have small stems. i feed and give them vitemins,what is the problem. also my yellow rose is so sensetive. please help

hi again i think they are tea roses, the other is a large pink elizabeth. now every time i cute off the dead stem the plant keeps dieing. i am at wits end.
