It's on every leaf... On the Watermelons anyway... It's widespread, but, those are the worst ones on the plants...

Perhaps it's early signs of bacterial wilt? Do a google for "bacterial wilt on watermelon" and look through the pictures that come up. An alternate search would be "bacterial wilt on cucurbits".

That would really suck... Because apparently Watermelon are rarely affected by Bacterial Wilt... :<

I'm fairly certain that this is a result of the fungicide I had been using... I followed the directions on the bottle of "spraying infected plants until there is run-off." Perhaps this was a mess up on my part. Who knows... :/
