error OX80010108 PREVENTING PHOTOS /VIDEOS

MR NICE GUY,

Right now I am getting error OX80010108 for photos an vidios opening. they wont.
It has froze my icons on screen an I cant click any but trash an start.

I have checked out all the offers on that to fix , they are not for windows 7..
Any way I can resolve this?
