I'm a high school teacher who enjoys lazy summer days working in my gardens. It's all a big experiment for me, as I have much to learn. But when things go well, it's beautiful!:)
I look forward to learning from you all!

Welcome, beckyh. I think most of us feel our gardens are experiments from year to year. My husband was a high school ag teacher before retiring. And gardening was still an ongoing experiment to him too.

I see you are from So. Cal. My husband and I moved to North Idaho 7 years ago from North San Diego County. I miss the tropical and beachy landscapes there!:)
But it has been nice to have the 4 seasons now, so that we can take a break from it all! I'm getting too old to do this year-round LOL!

Yes, I'm in the Cajon pass. I have a few seasons. Just a little different than some. I have Hot and Dry, Windy, Cold and Windy, and Wet. Less wet this year, though.
