Hello!
I live in the high desert. I have had daisies for years. They even survive the winters. I have a Shasta in a large pot that bloomed twice this year and then stopped blooming. It gets 4-6 hours of direct sunlight a day. I water every other day unless it is very hot then I water every day. Within the last three days the leaves just turned brittle and dry. They are still green. The only thing I can think of is that I over watered and have root rot. Any other suggestions??
Thank you for any help!! Stacey

They do need excellent drainage. But I am not sure of root rot symptoms other than the tops wither and die eventually. I have had poor luck with most daisies other than gazanias. I am also not aware of a cure. Good luck.
