Thank you Tina. I will have to chalk it all down to experience. Most of them are no good even though they looked big and full when I picked them. Even though some of the pods have dried, some of the beans inside are wilted or discolored.
Guess the frost did get to the insides. I still have half a tray of bean pods drying, put them out every day, but they are taking so long, so it could be that these were frozen through out as well. Who would think that the shell offered no protection for the bean
seeds inside, at least no protection one could count on?
