dodge, can't get to this forum again. When it happened last week she had someone come work on her computer and she was able to log in for a few days. Now this is the only place she can't log into. Any ideas on anything else she can try?

No one came to fix the computer.....I did.....Some other lady online gave me the advice. I did fix that problem.......
It didnt have anything to do with gardenhelper.....But it worked for a few days .(GH)
So last few days I was unable to get on here , my machine kept saying Internet explorercannot open Gardenhelpers web page, an no reason????

Beats the heck out of me ???????????So today it let me on....Maybe I am programmed for certain days?????????????
LOL

OK now I have go get the cc photo an kolanchoe.
Thanks Sheri for trying.

Lotza love,

Barb, have you considered trying out the Chrome browser from Google? I personally don't like IE....
You could always download Chrome for free and have it as a backup for when IE won't let you get on here... You might even decide that you like it better.
teach Its very easy to set up and use!

I also had problems staying logged in all last week both on my desktop and laptop, but all of a sudden it was fine. I don't prefer Chrome, so I guess it's an IE thing.

I really dislike IE. I use Firefox for here and Chrome for places like FB and my gmail. That is where everything seems to like it best on this 11 year old beast. I will be getting a new computer sometime this year. Just deciding which direction I want to go. I do have a backup netbook so if this one dies, I won't be without. I just prefer the larger keyboard.

I tried Firefox and strongly disliked it. I usually don't have problems with IE at all. It seems only on this website for some reason.

Hello all...beautiful day today. We are above the freezing mark for a change...it's even melting some grin

I have Chrome also but I don't care for it either...maybe if i understood computers better it wouldn't be so bad.

I have not tried Chrome or firefox--and I do not plan on doing so--but then I am one who does NOT like change. even with the trouble IE tends to give me at times.

Good morning.

Yesterday we had the highest temperature in all of Canada, in the 50's...can you imagine that? It was beautiful out there. This morning it is back to 5*F. Mother Nature can be cruel at times lol

Now we are covered in a sheet of ice...yuck.

Ice is not good, Sunny.
I had a hose burst and covered my lemon tree with ice. That is good for the tree although not so good for the fruit on it.
Good morning. Today is about 5 degrees warmer than yesterday and I can feel each one of them. Got my fire restarted and am getting ready to haul my boy off to school.

We are in the midst of an ice storm right now. Hope the electricity doesn't go out when the tree limbs start breaking over the power lines. nervous

Neighbor set up a huge generator a month or so ago when we had a bad storm. He showed me how to start it and said I should practice starting it before I needed it. DUH...I never have started it yet...always say I will "tomorrow".

Keep safe everyone. Now is not the time to practice with the generator, though.
We are finally warming up a little. I sent the real cold off east.
Busy day but a very good one. When it was so cold, I was having difficulties getting much done. Today I found a very good deal on broccoli. I have very full freezers. So I took most of the florets and froze what I could and I am dehydrating the rest along with some shredded carrots and a wee bit of cabbage. I will put the dried stuff in jars well sealed with oxtgen absorbers. Rehydrated, later on, it will mix well with rice and some sort of meat for a vaguely oriental dish. Or with potatoes in a soup. Food prices are going to spike pretty drastically and I am getting ready. I am going to tuck in vegetable plants all around my house in amongst the posies.

Good idea, Tina--Rod was just asking me what veggies "we" (read ME) could put in next spring that we could harvest & keep for the winter. For once I had answers for him. aside from my herbs, I am for first putting in a LOT of potatoes and tomatoes.

I will once again put my harvested potatoes in the basement (they will keep until well after january) and I freeze all kinds of veggies as well. IF the potatoes begin to get bad, I will boil/mash & freeze them--- thumbup Now if Rod had of only gotten a deer. Oh well, maybe next year....

Good morning. Even if food prices do not spike, they never really go down. So anything you do today to put some by is a good thing for your pocket. I like returns on my investments.
Another day here. I was up in the night to keep my fire going. So it is comfortable in here. I need to put a new battery in my weather station thing though. It is not reading correctly.

Don't answer your phone Junie.

I'm glad I'm better too but I'm at the stage where I'm not well enough to do anything (I have to sit down after even loading the dishwasher) but I'm better enough to WANT to do things. Aggravating.

New chairs sound great Nana...

Have a fun day cleaning Juniegirl grin
