how do I get a smilie in the shout box?

Sheri you have to type it out,, : grin: No spaces between the colons and the word grin,, On 4 reply on a post hover over all the smilies it will show the TYPED way

like that put your mouse on the little faces an they show you how to type it

Well, the only snow we woke up to was a very thin skiff. But boy, up north and east they got dumped!! We only have a 2 hour school delay. Everywhere else is being closed.

The sun's out here, its so nice to see the sun instead of overcast skies, for a change!!

Not sure if i am in Toronto today or not, just waiting to hear if the parts are done, if not then I'll be going down tomorrow.

I have a couple things i need to do today, as well as popping into the grocery store.

Pennsylvania had a long winter.. Not much snow in Nov an dec.

yes, Barb--I agree--I was sure that we were on our way to spring--they said it was going to be 50 on friday coming up---welll, it was cold, windy & snowy yesterday---my computer says it is 36 right now already but it looks cold outside--BRRRRRR

I think I may be coming down with a cold----I do so hope not---as I have to go help my sister tomorrow & friday & she has surgery next week--I DO NOT need her to get sick.

shirley---you have to leave no spaces---like in you would type : wavy : BUT see where I have the space between the colon & the w & then the space between the y and the colon ?? well you do not leave a space---and you use all lowerccase letters.

like this :w & then y: (not : w or y : )

or in " " you would type....... : coffee : .......but with no spaces after & before the colons

Julian's school called, He is sick,, I rushed to pick him up , then rushed to his Dr, office and they were closed,, WHAT??? at 10:30 am?? IF he isn't better by this early evening I guess I'll have to take him to the ER. This weather hot to cold back to hot and windy really windy on the cold days is kicking his butt with allergies and asthma. When Julian gets sick, I always seem to get sick, guess it's all the hugs he gets while he's sick

Hope you can get him in somewhere and get a treatment started. Seems like every time Brennan or Rachel gets sick the other one, also. Rach had to go to the doctor yesterday for a terrible sinus infection...now Brennan will get one with an ear infection.

Diane, why was the office closed so early?

Sheri I have no Idea,, I even called to see if there was an explanation on the answering machine, or answering service, on the machine it just said closed on Wednesday March 6th, but gave no reason.

Sounds to me as if someone needed/wanted a day off--but really---what Drs office does that??
I hope Julian is soon on the mend...

Oh Dang another dealership just called and I got approved from them too, I'm on a roll folks,, I was looking at a mini van with a dvd player and moon roof, then I found the same one with NO moon roof with 1/2 the mileage with duel dvd /game drop downs,, and headphones power lift gate and back up camera ,, going to go see both of them this weekend, who knows I may decided on something completely different, BTW this mini van rated 5 of 5 stars on safety in crashes, Just can't decided on a mini van or a mid size suv.

decent on gas milage,, I really love moon roofs, I've always had one,, I hate that it would be a deal breaker if it didn't have one, I need the sunlight on my head LOL
