Just in for a quick "HI". I have a lot to do before I go to my daughters. I mudst say though, while I can get on the forum---it is VERY, VERY slow loading from place to place.   Sunny, & everyone else, have a great day--- Beautiful day here so far.... It's been like that for a while now,, some days it's okay other days it's terribly long to submit. If I could figure out why it's been slow I would totally fix it  ... We have ample resources, the database server and web server both have unrestrained access to them, yet the server load at times can get a little out of hand...

 Good morning Diane, I hope some of that heat comes our way. Yesterday was sunny and nice, when the wind didn't blow but that wind was icy cold!  Hoping for better today.

was beautiful yesterday---supposed to be either partly cloudy today & cooler or rain.....either way, I am not ready for it.
News just said it will get down into the 40's today & 30's for tonight----
I am off to ceramics---ya for me !!!!

Morning .... Woke up to another 8 inches of snow in the yard... it's cold too about 27* right now..... we need the moisture but I am so over this....LOL! Joe mowed the yards yesterday and put seed and fertilizer down... at least this will water it in well.... Don't know what we have planned today... may clean my carpets .. no kids today so good day to do it.... got hubby home to do the heavy lifting so even more reason to get it done now... sure need it.. Well off to get something done... Nana

20 degrees cooler today than the norm - only in the 40's. I am so very cold and keep pushing the heat up in each room that I roam into today. in the 40's here today too it's 42 right now, started out 62 this morning was 80 yesterday,, Very very strange for here, he hit a record low for April in Dallas Fortworth area today. **** Does any one here watch the show Scandal???

yep rainy here as well, supposed to rain all night starting around 10 pm, I know I will sleep good but it will still be cold in the morning.

Diane ,,, I watch Scandal.... and way to many other shows.... LOL!
It was cold here today but sun was out melting our snow...it's 35* right now.. and this weekend it will be in the 70's... so hoping it decides to stay warm after... I am so done with winter...
decided to wait for the weekend to clean carpets since it's going to be a lot warmer then... did laundry today instead... cleaned out drawers too... don't know why I had to have a junk drawer in my hutch.. need it for towels so cleaned that out and now have more storage for my dishtowels.
I hope to be able to change out the winter coats too.. send them down to the basement and just keep the light ones up here... and put the sweats away too... start taking walks again...
Well it's about bedtime... going to be ready for boys tomorrow- it's another half day at school for them and the homeschool teacher is coming in the afternoon... so need to do a crockpot meal for us ...... chicken something...LOL!

Diane, I kept meaning to watch it from the beginning but haven't yet! I am always intrigued by the commercials though. I'll bet it is good. Waiting for reruns to start. I want to see it from the beginning.

Diane, I kept meaning to watch it from the beginning but haven't yet! I am always intrigued by the commercials though. I'll bet it is good. Waiting for reruns to start. I want to see it from the beginning. this is the second season don't know if it's available for reruns yet, you'd have to see it from the very beginning to "get it",, I hope they put dvds out for it,, You would really like this show

Good Morning..
I woke up early , so have no excuses got to get busy early now... will have boys soon as it's another half day... sure seems to be a lot of those this yr...
Going to wash bedding today...clean my laundry room after... always a mess...needs some organizing again... I figured out how to get the lids off my soap containers for the dispensers and refilled them with softsoap from Sams.. so now have to find a place to keep the refills... super easy.. dip in boiling water and pop lids off with butter knife... no leaks so far.... yay for me saving money... love them for the boys especially and not having a bar of soap on sinks dissolving in a mess... and they use it cause it's fun!
Well off to get showered and dressed for the day... still have snow on ground but it's melting... sure hope it's the last for us this year..

It was a long day already and only half over. I will nap and be good for the evening. I put beef into the crock to shred for bbq sandwiches later. Easy stuff.

Our mountains keep the snow all yr ... the high ones anyway.. 14,000 ft ... they are covered right now but the snow down here is melting fast... hope the next moisture we get is in the form of rain... sure tired of seeing the yard white...

Good morning..i was having trouble getting in then the pages wouldn't turn. Gave me nightmares of the 'dial up' days. I see everyone is having crazy spring weather..yuck.

You are so right the Coors bottlers get their water from the mtn water... so they like it to snow more than the skiers do I think... LOL!
It took me a long time to get signed in too... just sat and waited for a long time- like dial up... but it finally worked... so glad..
The sun is out his morning... that alone makes me feel better... even if it's not really warm yet today... going to wash bedding today I think and then will be at Carrie's for the boys when she goes to work... the homeschool teacher will be there too... will borrow her carpet cleaner then too and do the carpets tomorrow and Sat... then Mon night we are supposed to get some rain.... maybe a little snow but I think that is over now........
Have a good day all.. off to eat breakfast and have some coffee...

what a very weird day this was, got a phone call from the Dallas county court house from a Judge her self. ( you can find out why in the HL. And it was sooo busy I didn't have enough hours in my work day to get everything done, ( job security),, Then I took the boys to the Cheesecake factory and was so looking forward to their sauteed spinach and it was aweful, no flavor,, very disappointing  Hope tomorrow is better,,
