I updated the server time default to be Eastern, I'm not sure what it was before offhand; this change should allow easier offsetting here on the forum and server updates that are supposed to occur at midnight PST will now actually update at that time... I believe before they where happening in the morning and causing some slowness.

They've been here; I haven't mucked with the permissions on this forum since I added it when I took over...
The only forum I've added recently is my gallery forum which I haven't really added anything to yet...
