Dodge, I don't know how much gas is. I don't have a car now, so I never look at gas prices.
Goodnight

Good morning. I am grocery shopping today so I won't have to go anywhere this weekend. I filled my tank yesterday at $3.99. I want to not drive too much if I can help it. But I don't think those prices are going to get much better.

Morning all, I am trying to wake up... coffee is brewing and Joe went to pick up gas for lawmmower and sausage for his breakfast.. next week healthy eating starts again so his last chance. LOL! I have been given the task of making a weighted blanket for Derek.. his doc says it will help him sleep and calm down .. have directions I found on pinterest so hopeing I can figure it out and do this- going to JoAnns today to pick up some material.. think I will use a flat sheet for the backing - a flannel one if I can find one.. I hope they have the beads to use too... it's plain sewing so I think it will be fairly easy- just awkward as I fill channels with beads and it gets heavier... Well off to get the breakfast started... cleaning carpet today too... gotta take advantage of having help when I can get it.. Nana

Why didn't you take them off an go barefoot. What did a lady boot you out? Nocabs in town or tow? Lol, I would never walk the streets of Portland without shoes; theres glass, gravel, crap that has fallen off of trucks, etc... The "car was too full"; I was livid and refused to just "sit around and wait"; I was wearing proper shoes, brand new slip on Dr Martens lol...

A weighted blanket is like a quilt. Only instead of fluffy stuffing, it is filled with beads for weight. It can keep someone from thrashing in their sleep so much and make resting much more restful. Much like swaddling a baby can comfort them. I did some cleaning around the house this morning and then took Teddy out to shop for our weekend meals. I was waiting for some rain this afternoon and it has arrived. I fill my gas tank and keep much gas on hand for the power equipment. Any time the price goes down and I have an empty gas container, out I go.

Would have, but no buses in my area run after 7, so I'd end up waiting around at least an hour for a bus then would have a half an hour walk on top of that wait; where my walk only took about an hour and a half...

Dodge, if a person threw a blanket with stones in it, up over their head, they could knock themselves out!
