Glad you are moving up on that list Shirley the waiting is horrible for you I know. I'm also happy to hear you'll be closer to some areas then you are now.
Thinking ahead and ridding your self of things sure will make this move easier for sure!

I think I said on here awhile back that my granddaughter came over one weekend and helped me get rid of a lot. In fact she made me throw away stuff that hurt my heart, but she was right. I do feel lighter and lighter.
My next thought is about boxes. I could start packing up some stuff if I had any. I'm going to have to ask everyone I know to start picking up a box or two from stores for me.

I started talking to Ambroja at 7:30 this evening, it's now after 11 pm and we just hung up the phone, it went from speaker phone to blue tooth to no blue tooth back to blue tooth, and everyone had their turn with her. She is trying HARD to get me to move back to Ks, Don't think I can do it unless it's very necessary for my health and She can help me with the boys.( just to doggone COld there for too long, 3/4 months is way too long cold for me, I'm just used to 6 weeks of it) But, She really wants me to come home.
This was the first day since she got married no kids, no husband all day,, she could have done anything she wanted but chose to spend her Saturday evening talking to her mom and nephews
When we hung up I told her,, Thanks for the visit come back soon,

How Lovely.......... of her.

Emily is on a float trip this weekend with her friend who will turn 22 also this weekend. Em's DH is home with Luke--they feel that both of them out of state at the same time would not be wise with Luke so little. Oh the joys of parenthood, huh ???

Good Morning I was sleeping soo good and the phone rang oh well I have lots of things to do for the first day of school tomorrow.

Dodge and Shirley, I've tried to talk Ambroja into moving here for years, it's not gonna happen.
She has a great job, a great support system, all our family is there, a great Church and church family ( of course her inlaws are the pastor and lady of the church as well), and she is about to own a farm there, so the chances of her moving here is nil and none. I told her to build me a house on her land far away from the main house on the farm And I will consider moving,( that isn't going to happen either ).
Soooo unless I get so physically bad that I absolutely have to have help that's the only way I would go to a state that has winter for 3/4 months.

That's so funny.
My brotherinlaw is in Houston an dying to come home tp Pennsylvania.. His kids an wife a re like you..Loving texas heat.....Hate our winters.

Taking a quick break here. We are getting clothes laid out for the school week, book bags packed, after school snacks all ziplocked, and dinners planned out for the week, house keys made, dog duties delegated out, crossing all T's dotting all i's ~ getting it done,

you are surely organized Diane. You are doing a wonderful job of raising those boys and you are teaching them by example. You can & should be proud of all that you are doing for them. Yay for Diane.

Thanks Carol,, If I wasn't organized it would be chaotic here and I can't handle chaotic or unorganized situations , it unnerves me
Sleep schedule is going to be the worse thing it will take these boys a couple of weeks to get back on sleep schedule for sure! I have been getting them up for 2 weeks when I leave for work but I know they went back to sleep after I left to go to work these past two weeks

The party is over and half or more of my family is off to nap and recover. Good food and good friends.
I am getting ready to pop Teddy into his bath. Getting ready for the new school week. Clean bedding tonight already sounds heavenly to sink into.

When you get done changing up the sheets at your house, do come & do mine, fresh sheets sound heavenly-----of course you will have to wake up Rod & tell him to get up so you can do those sheets, but oh well...
