Just want every one to know.
OCTOBER IS MY FAVORITE MONTH OF THE YEA.
COLORFUL AN BEAUTIFUL .
AND A BIRTHDAY TO GO ALONG WITH IT .

ME WAS BORN ON HALLOWEEN..ANY ONE ELSE?

I can't wait for Autumn, and October... I love the colors, the crisp smell of the air, the pumpkins... I hope to be able to go visit several of my favorite pumpkin patches this year, especially since we didn't get to do it last year since everything was so hectic...

Yes, DO have fun--I can't wait for my Grandson to get old enough for all of this fun. I am already making extra ceramics (any excuse ya know ) so my house will be extra festive for him.

Arent kids great. my youngest granddaughter will be 3.. She an daddy came up an she was so happy to run around.......My yard is on a slope an she loves the hill.

Kids are awesome. I crack up each time Emma sees a photo of herself an she points to it an says , "That's Emma" lol

I do so love it when they talk in the 3rd person like that---she sounds like a dolly--and of course she is...I am so glad that she has a nice place to come and be a kid at--and that you have that place----They sure grow up fast, dont they ?? It does not seem like 3 years have passed since she was born...

Yes she was born December 2010 month after Hubby died.
He never got to see her. So sad of that too. He sure adored her big sis Haley.. Son said his proudest moment was when His dad took Haley by the hand an went over to the pasture to show her his cows.. "Awesome" I think his chest stuck out a mile.
Memories are made of this....... I love everything he did here.

Enough of that. Now hope trick an treat isn't freezing this year for the girls. They took my wagon an pulled them with blankets an coats on an still froze.

well I hope so too Barb--and in this kind of weather year, anything could happen. So, we will hope it is nice weather for the girls to go out in.
MY grandson is too young to know either way--(juust one year last week)--so even if Momma dresses him & does take him out, he wont know--but next year should be fun---she didnt bring him by last year & will probably not do so this year either--but you wait--she had better bring him by next year for sure---or I will know why she didnt...

I like October also Dodge, nice and crisp...no flies. Just don't like the fact that I get a year older on the 10th of it though.

Mines oct 31.....I never get any younger.

In my family most of our birthdays are either in April or October (I think there are 5 family birthdays in October alone)

Mysis in law is Oct 1...... mine is Oct 31.. Mom in law said the month went from Bad to worse.

we have 5 birthdays in April, and My anniversary. I had an Aunt that also had a b-day in April but she has passed away. So April is our big month.

we have 3 in October, (2 great nephews & my DH)
4 or is it 5 in December
&
3 in january.
other months are stretched out

Bless Luke for being born in September--he only has to share that with his great Uncle.

I also had a brother an sis share oct.. gone now.
3 in December.
late hubby an my 2 grand girls.

It is nice that the granddaughters share a month with their grandfather---even if he is not there to celebrate with them. I think it is a nice rememberance.
