Hi, I have some spots around the garden that needs clay to make the existing soil heavier, not so sandy and loose becaue the plants and vegetables in those areas are drying out too quickly, but where do I buy soil that has some clay added to it? How do I know what's in those bags, is it specially marked?

Daisy, don't add clay..if you need a heavier soil just buy some bags of 'top soil', it is the cheapest soil to buy and can be purchased at any hardware store usually for .99 cents a bag.

I agree with Sunflowers.. Clay isn't good to plant in.
