i think it was from last year self seeding something pushed outside the garden by the wind or is it a weed; i got severals here and there outside the garden,please could someone help me .

Probably Forget-Me-Nots. See 'New House New Mystery' thread under Mystery Plants for the tiny blue flower that should appear soon. Plant also has a pink and a white variety. You might have one of those.
