Yes, make them uncomfortable enough to move on. Mint is a good repellant and lemon also. But my money is on mint. It repels almost all insects. As well as mice and other rodents.

Mint, the plant is very invasive here, or I would plant it in my flower bed a!omg the house. I hope the oil works for you...but then I guess you could plant a few pots of it..it does smell n ice and you can use it in drinks and such...

Going to sleep soon. The girls come tomorrow. I have their beds all clean.
Papaw has most of their play yard/swing set assembled, but it is scheduled to rain tomorrow. He will have to finish it another day

No Tina, it didn't amount to much. The good news is that with all this rain...and me raking out and shoveling around the snow...I shall have a snow free yard in a week or so.  I have to run errands today....and I'll pick up my potato seed at the same time.

Blue angels are flying over-head..practicing I saw them flying high, and low, in formation and seperately. It was wonderful...They are still practicing but I have indoor work to do.  Big Bang Theory series finale is tonight..there are many shows dedicated to it, and I shall watch them all ! I am sad to see it go....

Yes they were...they only got to see 1 plane fly by as it was nap time. I would have had them stay up but I had no idea they were going to be practicing so long. But not to worry. We are all going to a local air show on Saturday, and they will get to see the real show then.
