I am on my way Sunny. But a warning, I will have 3 littles with me.
It will be in the low 90' s here again today, but then it should begin to cool off..hopefully just in the 70's or once in a while it will be in the 80's, but breezy as well. So not like summer.

Another crisp day ahead, the leaves are starting to fall....they sure look pretty though with the multitude of colours. I have to cord up the last of next years wood today...it's a good feeling to be ready for Winter a year ahead.

I love fall myself . " They" say that we will begin ours starting tonight.
Wood done a full year in advance ! Good for you ! ( even if I understand that his how it should be done) The only thing I have done so far is take my summer shirts and shorts down to my clothes rack in the basement....well and pull out my 2 tomato plants and a Basil plant.

You both have lots of time...I do not so I make a rush for everything before the middle of October. The wood is all corded up and the mess is raked and burnt...I love the smell of the wood chips smoldering.

I love the smell too. But feel quite guilty adding the carbon to the air. It is a quandary. What is worse, in carbon count, using electricity, propane or wood to keep warm?

I do agree, pollution is pollution...but I guess we should look into alternative sources of heat. Perhaps nuclear ?? That is probably just as bad though.

Tina, I think solar is the way to go...if one lives in an area where it is possible. I am debating to go shopping today. I'll probably talk myself out of it

Good morning. Sunny, I thunk quite a bit of our power is supplied by solar and wind. And more is added daily. Tnat is a good thing. California is good for that. We are working on keeping drilling down to a low roar. And improving our water movement all the time.

Good Morning.
About Solar energy. I am hopeful that technology will improve to such that we all can take advantage of it. That or new re homology will provide us with sources for heat and cooling methods. Not to mention cooking methods.
I made my flu shot appointment today. Another job done.

Tina, the day he turned 4 I told him that he wasn't allowed to have a diaper/pull ups anymore and that if he wanted to come in the car/truck he had to use the potty....and he hasn't had one accident since. I should have threatened him a long time ago. We had snow flurries falling at supper time.

It was 102° today. Sunny I might like a snow flurry or two. It's awful. We've been to Ginger's and it's just as hot there. Colt had baseball practice and it was horrible and the gnats were horrible too.
I haven't check the garden in a week. I imagine everything is burned up.

I agree..I would be happy with the Windows XP I think it was. Plus then the programs with it, I could use....I wish there were not so many updates. Good luck, Sunny.
