No, Tangela did not bring the groceris today. She woke this morning with a non-covid health issue. But that is gone so the plan is for tomorrow.

Well we can all get sick..I am so glad that Tangela's issue is not covid related.

I know you, ..you will be alright until your groceries get to your house. I am glad that Tangela is ok.

I am doing a hardware store run today.....somebody broke the sheer pin in the tractor blower and busted the wheelbarrow tire.

Is Tangela feeling any better Tina...from the Covid fatigue I mean.

I just got done watching a movie called, "Room". It was so real-like that I searched it only to find out it was partially based on a true story of a woman who was held captive. It is amazing what people can live through and scary to see the evil that is out there in the world.

Tangela is well. She still gets fatigued in waves but she is covid free.

That is good to hear.

They announced last night that they are closing down the Western part of our province at midnight tonight for at least a full two week lock down....so that means that everyone will be out today in full force at every store that they can find, I can see the cases rising by next week because of it.

We are still the worst state in the us for Covid cases, seems if there is no law to wear a mask the idiots will not wear one... we do but half the people who go out won't.. it's their right to be stupid...guess it's their right to die painfully and alone too... do not understand how dumb they can be...

Hubby went and topped up our grocery supplies today... in for long haul again .... we tried delivery but they can't get it right so he goes and gloves and masks up... showers when he gets home... we wipe down and keep stuff outside for a while too... rather be to cautious than not...

I spent some time doing tax stuff . printing on line stuff and such... hopefully will have it all soon.. did some mending this morning and kind of straighten up my office, it ends up being the junk pile room... but it's fairly cleaned up now...

Well guess I will go read some more of my book.. hubby is making dinner. grilling steaks for us...says he is going to do hot dogs and burgers too .. supposed to get cold and even snow this coming few days so we will have dinners made for a while...

Well off to read or watch tv... or both... stay well all...

Junie, the movie was partially based on two different women, I'll have to search for the names. She was taken as a teen and kept for 7 yrs, she had a child in captivity....and when she is found, her family can't accept the child at first. It was so real and sad that I knew it had to be true.

I'm looking forward to another rainy day followed by a rainy week. I don't come in much during stormy weather. But rain is so nice. It's a wonderfull trade off.

Good afternoon. Sorry I am so late. I had a long night. I final!y went to sleep around 5:15, so I needed to sleep in this morning.

Glad you're getting some rain Tina. Suppose to be 73° here Tuesday. I planted radishes today. I was surprised at how warm the ground is. The are I planted in has been covered with tons of leaves and I guess they really hold in the warmth.

Also glad Tangela is getting better.

Sheri, i woke up at 9:40 central time.....we "go to church" by listening to our services over a radio broadcast. It begins at 10:30 central, and I wanted to put a coffee cake in the oven before the services began.

Today is a clean and mop day.

It's snowing here. After the rain all night, I realized it was mighty quiet. The sun is just lightening the sky now. I looked out and yep, snowing.

Wow, I never sent it...just so you know.

Oh my Tina. But then snow and rain are good to keep the ground from being so dry, huh ?

Yes, it lasted less than an hour. Accumulation was only on bare dirt or grassy areas, on top of fences and cars. It rained more and washed it all away soon enough. We may not be done with it this week.

I am watching the news this morning...it sure is a discouraging way to start the day.

The news I head for is happy news. Escaped animals going to a sanctuary and such. It helps set my mood. Things like the Tubman 20 dollar bill coming out soon. And science stuff. It is amazing the things we don't know and we're discovering.

Well We are going to go out to get a grocery curbside pickup this afternoon. There is rumblings of snow and ice. But for now it is 45*F, so I can ignore that for now.

Speaking of snow, a friend who lives somewhere close to the mountains in northern California says they may get 100 inches from the coming storm. I can't even imagine it.

I don't know what happened to my 73° pea planting weather that was supposed to show up today. The high was 52° and it rained and still is raining. Brother.

I went to the library today and to the drug store.

I would LOVE to go to the library....perhaps after I get my second vaccination.

Tomorrow is baking day and perhaps 1 load of laundry.I

Yes, I'm not in the mountains but on the side of one near the bottom at less than 3000 ft. elevation. We're are to get pounded with rain and possible snow tomorrow and Thursday. I'm looking forward to that.
