The sun is shining...it looks nice out there. I'm wondering if Rod wants me to come over and cut the grass?

While I would enjoy him doing just that, as I would come with him and we could visit while he cuts your grass, I am lucky to get him to cut our grass....and sad to say, he said he will have to begin cutting grass here as soon as the ground is firm enough.

I would invite you to come cut my grass, Sunny, except I don't have any.. There are some like wild oats growing on the hillsides that I cut during the spring and summer mostly to abate for fire season.

I had planned on doing shopping today..but it is raining, so I guess I am not.

The only thing I did today was clean and mop...I just put roast in the oven. Having both kids until last night wore me out.

I need my Easter basket stuffers for the girls to get here....sooner rather than later please.

Yes, I ordered some sticker pages and 4 plastic little ponies for the girls. The boys already have cars.

We got a few days of strong sun, it has been slowly melting the snow....now the grands are sick with allergies. Any symptoms of any kind means a 'stay home' order is in place. It is going to be a long spring at this rate....my grands have terrible spring allergies.

Our spring allergies are down to a little runny nose thing, occasionally. No branching out to sinus infection territory or anything. I have Dimetapp in case it shows sign of taking over.
Do you have meds that help?

I am taking flonase for my allergies. It does make a difference.

Sorry to hear that, about allergies and Canada. Here they just have to check for a fever.
Which works well for Valarie as her kids have seasonal allergies as well. No fever, then they can go to school.

Yes Tina, we have meds....it seems that he mold in the snow that melts affects people more than pollen.

GB fell last night after supper and cut open his chin, DD had to wait over 12 hrs at the hospital before they even checked him. By that time, the chin was so swollen that they had to squeeze it together and put in 4 staples. She called this morning to tell me that she was putting in a complaint against the nurse because she wouldn't even clean the wound and bandage it while waiting for the doctor. It is getting worse instead of better.

Oh my goodness, poor baby. I agree, I also think your DD should put in a complaint. I understand that ERs are busy, but yes your GB should have been checked out to see if he could wait. Everyone involved is lucky that GB was not worse off for the waiting. I hope his injury heals well.

Raining here...as soon as there is a break in the rsin, I may go buy stamps and a few cards I failed to get yesterday
