I've had end rot on my tomatoes many times but this year I am getting a lot of them that are green instead of the normal(at least normal for me) brown rot. Is this something different or is it trying to tell me something else is wrong?

No, some of my small cherry tomatoes start off like that with blossom end rot. I have never seen it is larger tomatoes though.
