They just announced that 5 people have died from salmonella in cantaloupe from our provinces. Then they announce not to eat it from a certain company, since when does the cantaloupe state where it is from?? I just need to stop watching the news.

I thought the same thing....once upon a time I would pay attention to such warnings...then one day I hear. "frying hamburgers can cause cancer'.. I thought then already I should stop paying so close attention to the. news. SMH

So IF we buy a contaminated cantaloupe we have to wash the peel ??? Gracious....

Some of my friends came over for lunch today. I went to school with 2 of them. Fun. I'm working the next 2 days then no more for the rest of the year. I'm going to work less starting January. I feel sorry for my boss but it's not my fault they can't keep anyone working. Administration needs to be changed.

No snow here. Which makes he happy. As I have said many times, the snow has not learned to stay off the roads and the side walks. It is pretty, I will say.

If you did I didn't receive it but sometimes I don't get my mail so it's ok but I would like your address. I know I had it saved but it's gone now.
It's supposed to start raining tomorrow and rain all day. I'm so glad I've got my shopping completed even groceries. I hope I don't have to go back out for anything.

I posted here yesterday and have no idea where it went. We got over 2 inches of rain Sunday and now it's 25° out there and windy. Feels so cold.
