I have two sage plants that I overwintered inside. They are many times larger than the one that got left outside. I would like to plant them outside for the warm weather. I could use all hints and tips because I've never tried this with sage before.

I've transplanted some in the yard to other spots in the past.I kept moist till they started growing.but killed the clarey sage when moving it.But have heard it it was trickier.I know the seeds don't keep long.Hardly any 2005 seeds sprouted that I wintersowed,but last years made the differance.seems they all sprouted.They grow better in sun,my ones in shade are runts.

Thanks for the info. I'll compost there area really well and hope that they grow big. I can always use more sage.
