When I got to the office and he decided it would be better to put me to sleep they gave me 2 Zofran and put a scapolomine patch on me and I still got sick. This makes me wonder if I've got a little virus on top of surgery because I'm still a little nauseated - no vomiting though.

And to cheer me up I came home to a package of seeds from Tammy. All you guys are great!!!! When I feel better I'm gonna pm everyone my cell number. I have Verizon, if you do we can talk for free.

Although you've been so ill in the aftermath, Sheri, did the scar revision go well?

I had scar revision. Something at work got a hold of my chest 2 years ago and it left a terrible scar. It's in the exact spot where every v-neck shirt falls. Hopefully after this it will be smaller and not as noticeable. I got another drain taken out today. Baby steps. I believed the doctor when he said "there's nothing to it." Maybe it's just me, but it has knocked me on my a--. I think the nausea is what has done me in. I feel a lot better though. Thanks for your concern.

Sheri...good to hear from you today! Don't ever believe them when they say that...they have NEVER had it done to them and have NO clue!!! I hate it that you were so nauseated...that is the worst! Maybe it will be downhill from here! Get plenty of rest!

I've had a terrible day for some reason. The nausea has returned so it can't be from anesthesia. I haven't taken any of my medicine because I don't want to vomit. It hurts too bad.

Good to see you on today, Bestofour. And I am sorry you are still not feeling so great, my friend. Wow, this has certainly been a long haul for you considering you were only expecting a simple procedure and recovery.

All prayers, always.

I'm wondering if I have a latex allergy or maybe just a virus. I feel better this afternoon. Thanks for your prayers.

Hi Sheri - I'm so sorry you are having all these complications from your surgery. It really is the pits, isn't it?!?

I hope you're feeling much better very soon, and that your scar is barely noticable by the time this is said and done.

I'm so much better today. I guess I just can't do anesthesia - and to think this was an elective surgery. How dumb am I. Don't answer that. I went and had an oxygen treatment on my "wound". Yes, oxygen treatment. What will they think of next. Anyway, I feel a bunch better. Thanks to all of you.
