Dodge..Thanks;-)I did not make the tree skirt, I wish...I bought it;-) Cindy....hahaha well it did take awhile to decorate  Thanks... Loz, It is 11 feet not including tree stand,and yes I need a ladder,Thanks...

Dodge I will work on the pic for you soon, it is a 2 story open just in the living room,which opens up to a loft. the rest of the rooms are standard.I think I posted a pic awhile back?

chenno, I watch HVTV lots and seen many houses, Yes that is an adorable type. Tell me where the photo is listed on here , I can hunt it ..... Looks like everyone would like that type of room for christmas tree displays. Charming. dodge
