Amigatec Member Joined: Feb 2005 Haskell Oklahoma Zone 6b	Mine didn't do that good last year, this year I planted New Mex, Anchos, Sweet Banana, and some other variety, can't remember. But those are good looking peppers, and would be GREAT stuffed!!!!

OP comfrey Member Joined: Jul 2005 Arkansas	Yes they would be great stuffed...I still have a ton in the garden to do something with..I will dry some for later use..but will still have way more then I need. I will post the recipe in the recipe section for those interested.
