I have just purchased a blueberry plant from a local nursery. I was just wondering what kind of soil i should plant it in. I am planning on keeping it in a 13 inch pot. I read somewhere that they love a ph level between 4.5-5.5. Should i just use regular potting soil?

I just bought a couple of blueberry bushes too. I planted mine in the ground. I can't wait until someone answers this post.

I have always planted my blueberries with the Miracle Gro garden soil. They have several different types...trees & veggies, fruits & flowers, etc. I use the Fruit & flower one for the blueberies, and they have done really well. Of course, this is planting them in the gorund...I'm not sure about keeping them in pots.

I just bought a blueberry plant at Wal-Mart for $5 this week. I'm also interested in any tips. How big do the bushes get?
