Does anyone know why all my flowers (in one yard)are fading. I'm in N.Cal. Rain has been sporatic til last week when it got hot, 90. I haven't fertilized or watered regularly yet. The growth looks healthy even with all the new bugs. Marigolds' color is deep yet all the others: snapdragons, pansies and english daisies look bleached out. Are they just thirsty or hot? I've never seen them this pale.

thanks

I read somewhere that fluctuating night temperatures can cause flower colors to fade.
