I have had great luck wtih my cherry tomato plant, until last week. The weather has been hot (80's), the plant is in almost full sun all day, and I have been watering dilegently until I was out of town for a couple of days. Watered when I got home (it had rained, so not too dry) and then again the next morning and evening. There was some standing water on top of the soil, which I dumped out (pot doesn't drain). A couple of days later the leaves all started to die. A friend said to pinch off the dried leaves to allow the nutrients to get to the tomatos. The tomatos are fine, but I cannot get the leaves to come back.
Suggestions?
