Nice plants!

Your first one is vinca rosea.

The second one looks like a coreopsis?

Vinca rosea is an annual plant, not the vine by the same name. It can come back the next year because the seeds are teeny tiny and tend to reseed themselves.

Yes, coreopsis does come in a number of colors - mostly yellows and reds, though I do have one that flowers a very small pink flower.

I am not sure that yours is a coreopsis, though that is my first thought.

Didn't you know that white is the new blue? :-) I think the yellow one is an osteospermum cultivar...some have the finer leaves like yours and some have larger leaves.

that white is so pretty.

I have vinca, which is blue, and it is a ground cover that won't go away. Guess it likes warm temperatures and mild winters. If I don't pull it up it will choke out other plants.
