The only Madagascar I know of are a type of palm, Dodge. Look up Pachypodium lamerei and see what it has to say. Most palm tree seeds are best used fresh because they don't store well.

This is a feather like seed more like a clematis type.

No one wants thorns

But thanks

I think you should plant it and see what come up. Then we'll all know what this seed actually is.

Then there is
Madagascar pitcher plant, Nepenthes madagascariensi
Madagascar jasmine, Stephanotis floribunda
Madagascar periwinkle, Catharanthus roseus
There are a lot of plants with the name Madagascar tagged to them because they come from that island.

Hmmm grow your own island!
Treat it well and maybe it will get big enough to be home one day.
Float it off to sea and have it turn into your own tiny country

I like it! No taxes clap

Can't be all bad being ruler of your own little country. Just make sure you float the island into international waters. I wonder if growing your own island comes complete with all the madagascarian flora, that would be some garden you could have

Ouch that could hurt, if we make a crown from plant material I think we should go with Ivy and Laurel.
