After all considerations, (thanks in part to the opinions on this forum, 'opinions on a house' thread) All thats left is for the lawyer to sign the papers and in 2 weeks we'll be getting the keys :)

Arco is looking forward to being a country dog with a bit more space to roam, my dad is looking forward to more projects to be done. Mike (my fiance) is looking to being out of the city. And me I'm looking forward having a place that really is mine. I've been living with my Grandmother for the last few years so now I'll be able to set up house my way.

Can you see the school bell, we need to get a rope to it!

Hopefully I'll get more pics of the outside up soon. The garden are currently a gigantic bramble of weeds. With a lot of potential. When I get pics of those areas up I'll definalty want some input on what could be done shots

Oh this is very nice, Shani! I can just see what your loving hand will do to it. Looking forward to more pictures, too.

We were given two hands to hold, two eyes to see, two ears to listen & two legs to walk. But why were we given only one heart?
The other heart was given to another for us to find.

Yes all wood floors, Though the upstairs ones aren't nearly as nice as the main floor. Nice thick maple. Easy to refinish and easy to clean.

yep for sure you will.
I was raised in town (al be it a small town)
A short while after we had out first Daughter, we bought my DH's Great-Aunt's house & out buildings on 5 acres. We were in the middle of 4 fields. I loved it, very much & did not regret moving to the country 1 minute.

Again I say congratulations !!!

Such a nice find, Shani! I love all the wood inside, and the light streaming through the windows!!! I can already envision all the wonderful houseplants you will have growing inside, with all that beautiful natural light!
