Hi,
I'm getting married this March and plan on growing my own flowers- having flower pots rather than cut flowers. I'm going to grow 3 varieties of zinnia and a type of daisy (see below). I plan on starting these ahead of time and having them in full bloom come March. I have a grow light and can keep the temperatures around 70F. Has anyone done this before? Is it possible to get annuals to bloom inside using a grow light?

ZINNIA PROFUSION DEEP APRICOT HYBRID
ZINNIA ZAHARA STARLIGHT rose
BRACHYCOME BLUE STAR
ZINNIA PROFUSION YELLOW HYBRID

Thanks
Sarah

Yes it is possible nurserys and flower stores do it frequently. Just make sure you have the timing right for how long it will take before they are suppose to bloom. I find that annuals tend to bloom a little faster when kept indoors then when grown outside.
I'm not positive on timeing but someone else on here might know.

Welcome, Sarah.
Timing is everything. Add a couple or more weeks because you are going to want them very full. Good luck!
