Damn cat got out...like to never caught him.
He got under my truck and would NOT come out. So glad that you found him--we killed one that got out on us and climbed into our wartm engione o ne Christmas Eve....NOT a good thing. I told him if he likes them I would make him some from scratch. I would never have said that.  Cindy----I have ulterior motives for saying that---I REALLY like the ones "from scratch" &...... the box ones are just OK...

OK,,,,Puppies have all 3 been out to potty and the last load of clothes are in the dryer. I will be going to bed soon!!! Yea Me !!! Night night to everyone.....

My last load is in the dryer too. Thanks for reminding me...I have a load to put in the dryer. I had to wash my clothes in case I go to the ER in a little while. I don't want to go up there smelling like Vick's Vaporub.

I'm just checking in too. They changed the weather prediction. Our minister said they were predicting an ice storm tonight to be followed by 11-14 inches of snow in the next few days--  \ If they were ever going to be wrong--now id the time ya know??? I have a great amount of groceries in though so we are gopod no matter waht they throw at us- OOPs==The birdies, I forgot---  ---I will stop at teh grocery store up town here today---They have that cracked corn mix, and while it is not a favorite of my birds here, it will beat not eating at all I am sure !!! :wink:

Good morning, for me. I slept in very late today. It must be the cooler overcast weather that made me think it wasn't late. But sleeping in is good once in a while.

I got bunches done today. Lots of wood in and some other things done outside before the rains hit.
Then we had a leisurely day just messing around, visiting with my oldest and watching the rain.
I got the laundry done and clean bedding and a clean kid to crawl into it. I still need a shower but it will happen.

Good Morning---5:21am here--been up since 4am. "Now" they are saying that we are OK until 10-12 when the ice-drizzle will come. This is supposed to be the worst storm since 1982. then before that 1912 & 1890. So this is going to be a doozy. (is that a word??) So I think I will get out here & get to Rehab & get it done early, They opwen at 6:30am. Then I will go and buy canned stuff that we can eat. They say with up to 1 inch of ice on the lines we will likly be without power for a frew days---(so possibly no internet..) MY freezer should be OK if I leave it closed--as it is very full so lots of "ice" LOL besides I guess I could always put the stuff outside in tubs..I may put some milk out there so we can have cereal LOL.

Good Morning,
I got up early just incase the schools closed but they didn't so kids went.. it is freezing ... snowing a little bit but is accumlating and icy too... I will go get boys this afternoon... or Carrie will... it is just nasty out there.... really glad Joe brought wood in ... sure don't want to go out there unless I absolutly have too... we buy cases of fruit 2O, sunny d and green tea, usually keep it in the garage on shelves... had to bring it in so it wouldn't explode out there- supposed to be coldest in 100 yrs this time so we are keeping heat up- got to remember to stick heater in basement to so pipes don't freeze... My freezer is full too so not worried about food- can't believe it was 61 a few days ago..
Well off to make make some hot soup... may build a fire soon too...

Hi all.. Keep safe Carol, we have put food in clothes hampers buried in snow in bad power outages. Nice to see you Dodge  Beyond freezing cold here...I am so fed up with Winter.

Hi Tamara-- yep I have a plan too---if it looks like an outsger is going to happen I think I will fil up my coolers and then put them out on my deck. It is way cold out---in the garage (where the freezer is) is warmer, so I figure that would be better if we do infact lose power. Nana so sorry for your bad weather.... Cheryl--I hope that we do not gt it either---BUT I think that it is coming,--it is just a question of how much and when--and the when has already began.
