Hello from SW Virginia. I will admit my only knowledge of any plants are what my former roommate left behind. I stopped by to get some identification and help with their care as they dont seem to be doing very well. Hope everyone is having a great weekend

The timing of tasks in these monthly garden calenders is generally based toward gardeners in USDA Zones 6, 7 and 8. Please don't let that stop you from reading if you happen to grow your garden in a colder or hotter region. The gardening chores are the same, no matter where you are. You will just have to use a calendar that is a month or two sooner or later.
Even if your garden is in zones 6-8, I strongly recommend that browse the months before and after the current one for reminders of anything you forgot to do, andprojects that you have to look forward to.

Welcom Hokieyank and MuddDuck. I find because I'm a bit further nothe the calender is about a month full month ahead of me in the spring. But still a great guide for all the little things I can forget so easily.
