I know this is absolutely crazy. I mean 5 years to first bloom? Why would I do this right? I can't help it. It's a seed and I just need to plant the little darlings. I have over thirty and I'm going to drop them in the border with their moms and dads. I'm not quite sure how deep I should plant them. Do I go as deep as I would with the bulb? Or would I plant them at 3 times there size deep?

I haven't tried them but I'd imagin it should be shallwer, they will work their way down deeper. Most seeds are designed to germinate best near the surface.
