hello im pete aka yogi-bear, im male 39 from the center of uk.

im a newbie at gardening and have just purchased my first little growhouse. (5ft x 3ft) not very big but want to see if i can do this gardening lark hehehehe.

so far in my growhouse i have some celery, cumin, peppers, coriander and parsley, rosemary, chives, and a few cutoffs of flowers for my girlfriend.

now saving up if all goes well to buy a 6ft x 6ft aluminium greenhouse and start to grow my own herbs, salad produce, potatoes and hopefully some flowers for the garden. nothing too heavy or mass amounts of but mainly for family of 4 and as a hobby.

one thing ive noticed on here is u all seem to be in a zone. not sure wot zone if any i am in

looking forward to chattin to some of u in the future and learning from the more experienced gardeneres here. so for now take care. chat soon

Welcome, Pete
You do have Specific zones in the UK.
But growing in an greenhouse will mitigate the minuses of seasons quite a bit. Good luck!
