I am new to the forum and loving all the information packed in this site! I have a lot to learn:( We (husband and I) want to grow vegetables and fruits. Hoping to get a green thumb along the way and be able to teach my boys the love of all things nature made:) Would love any information you have on gardening in Florida.

Welcome, Ivy.
You are very lucky. Like me in California, vegetable gardening can go on all year long. There are bunches of things that you can plant right now.
You will need to figure out what kind of soil you have and amend accordingly. Good luck!
