Goodness that is sad.They grow like weeds here. I Plantd mine right in the soil . Not water. If it dies .Call on me next spring. dodge

Dodge...it's not the area I live in, it's that I'm not great with plants :) I've never had a snake plant before but if it lives long enough I'll figure it out. Bill...I had watered it because I read somewhere online that if they start getting grooves they aren't getting enough water. Mine is so I thought that might be the problem. I'll leave it alone for a while and hope it lives. Thank you both :)

it sounds like your giving it enough water ,but it might not have enough roots to take inenough fluid for the plant. Thats probably why its shriveled and curling. Try adding a bit of rooting hormone to its water.
Every plant started out as a seed ,and then came the waiting game.
