I received a start from a snake plant. I put it in water until it had small roots, then I planted it a couple months ago. Since then it hasn't really done great. It hasn't grown very much, the leaves are bending and laying down, and I had to cut off the tips because they all had curled to a point. It's also kind of wrinkled. I've read some about them but I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Any suggestions?

Goodness that is sad. They grow like weeds here.
I Plantd mine right in the soil . Not water.
If it dies .Call on me next spring.

Your soil is too wet in the photos. Snake Plants thrive on neglect.

Dodge...it's not the area I live in, it's that I'm not great with plants :) I've never had a snake plant before but if it lives long enough I'll figure it out.
Bill...I had watered it because I read somewhere online that if they start getting grooves they aren't getting enough water. Mine is so I thought that might be the problem. I'll leave it alone for a while and hope it lives.
Thank you both :)

it sounds like your giving it enough water ,but it might not have enough roots to take inenough fluid for the plant. Thats probably why its shriveled and curling. Try adding a bit of rooting hormone to its water.

Every plant started out as a seed ,and then came the waiting game.
