Gracious, I got on to see what has been happening, & what do my wondering eyes see??? that No one had posted today--
so here goes--
Good Morning, good afternoon & good evening.
today I fisrt took my MIL to the dr for here weekly blood test
Then, I spent the rest of the day with my youngest DD. We first gave my dog a bath & then we went to lunch---then we did a bit of Christmas shopping--
when I got home I had all kinds of messages to take care of...
Tonight DH & I have to try to make me a new artificial tree stand---Lordy it seems it is always something....

To answer yoiur question----yes I probably would keep talking to myself.... and about the painting-- My house has not been painted---it only has its base coat---See Rod & I both hate painting, ANY painting,..... so there is no one to push the other---

I love painting. I do not love the prep work so much. Moving furniture, taping, removing fixtures, etc. I so need to paint this den I'm in. But i need to scrape off the cottage cheese ceiling first. Ick.
I am not fond of painting uneven surfaces like brick or the T-111 paneling I've got all over here.

come on over anytime you want, Tina.... about the paneling---put up wallpaper for awhile--then put kilz on it and then paint it---just an idea.....

Didn't think I was gonna make it back....I think my computer is about to bite the dust. Tomorrow I am going to back all my stuff up on disks just in case....

I've got snow. It is mixed with rain right now but snow is fun. It could be nasty icy in the morning though. We will see.

We had our first snow last week....(I'm not as enthusiastic about it as you...) Every night for the past week it has been in the 20's. I b!tch when it's hot and I b!tch when it's cold....I just can't be pleased.

It's currently 28 degrees, 93% humidity and it's not raining. That's the kind of cold that seeps in to your bones and gives you chills that are hard to get rid of. Even Aros is complaining. At least our smog is better and my asthma cough is clearing up. Cindy, I'm hard to please too.

It's currently 28 degrees, 93% humidity and it's not raining. That's the kind of cold that seeps in to your bones and gives you chills that are hard to get rid of. No kidding! And weird that you have about the same weather as me right now...'cept we don't get smog here. Guess I'll turn the computer off and let it cool down again...might go try to sleep in the chair.

I can be enthusiastic about snow because it is relatively rare and very short lived here. If I still lived up in Rochester, NY. I'm sure I would not be so happy to see it. But it has stopped for now. May happen in the night but I won't be awake for it.

Good Morning everyone I finally managed to start my Christmas Shopping last night and I hope to finish it tonight. I don't have too many people on my list as my family once again tried to draw names (we've tried before but everyone buys for everyone anyway it seems). I ordered a computer bag for my hubby with the name of the business he's trying to start embroidered on to it.

I had to go to WallyWorld today for a light fixture, been putting this off for 2 weeks now. So, I got some other things I needed...batteries, epsom salt for foot soak, a fuzzy blanket for my recliner (I got cold last night!)...got to the check out and pushed my cart over to the side out of the way so I could look at some beef jerky to send to Brennan. I picked out the ones I wanted, turned around to put them in the cart.....and the cart was GONE!
I started looking around for it, figured someone else was crazier than me to steal my cart. I was thinking maybe someone I knew was pranking me...watching me look for my cart like an idiot. Finally decided to get another cart and repeat the process...and there was my cart, where the jerk that took it left it at the front door. I guess it was kids pranking people or something..... @ssholes.

Nope....I only carry a shoulder strap purse so I can wear it crossways (can't think of the word I'm looking for here, but you know what I mean...). If I carried a regular purse I would lay it down somewhere and forget it...I'm kinda cute that way.... me -----> I never thought about someone taking the cart because they thought my purse might be in it. I notice most people do put their purses in their carts.

I have never put a purse in my cart. I no longer carry a purse. I keep important stuff much closer to my body than that.

Good very cold morning. I was not up in the night to feed my fire and must start from scratch. This is where I was wish I was richer and could afford a house boy or something to cater stuff. And a house cleaner or two. I also wish I could win the lottery. Today would be good for that, huh?
