technically this is my 2nd topic... (my first is about a cactus named goliath) I'm totally new here, and joined because of the 7 foot tall monstrosity that lives in the corner of the dining room (<-- see goliath in cactus forum) I dabble in many things... plants, avians, reptiles, aquaria, motorcycles.... yup, you name it, I've probably done something to do with it! :P see you around!!

Welcome to the forum. I see you live just around the corner (so to speak) from me. I hope your enjoying todays snow as much as I am. yuck! I nearly got sideswiped 3 times on whats meant to be a 1/2 drive (took well over an hour...) I was meant to be heading out of town tonight.... looks like it'll be an early morning drive for me instead!

The drive gets easier out of town! I know it took us a bit longer to leave town then usual but once we got out of town things speed up a bit and north of hockley valley we could almost do the speed limit
