Well, I would like to say hello to everyone taking the time to read this. I have had a long bad history of having a onyx black thumb ..However since EVERYONE (sorry to yell..not really a yell though, just emphasizing) in my family can grow anything, I figured surely I can do it...I hope that with everyones help here, I can become more flower savvy...Anyway, it is great to be here, and thanks for allowing me to join.

Michelle......Hi, and welcome to the forum!!!! Glad that you joined.....and I'm sure that your onyx black thumb, would rub off to reveal a emerald green thumb!!!!! I've found out gardening is a lot of reading, and a lot of experimenting. There is a wealth of great information on here to help you out. And don't be afraid to ask a question.....any question. Once again welcome, and look around and check the site out.

Out of curiousity what kind of flowers are you trying to grow?

Sorry it has taken me so long to reply this time Blue Bells, Pansys, Calla Lilies and will be repotting later this week some Azaleas I bought in an auction over the weekend. Also I plan on planting a couple different varieties of Morning Glory. Oh, I bought these adorable little kitchen greenhouses that you can start off herbs in..They are also coming along nicely...We are currenlty in another cold snap and it is cramping my style. Anyway, thanks again to everyone for the warm welcome..Hopefully tonight it will be calmer and I can do some studying here...
