I have just purchased two Giant pussy willow plants and a salix melanostachys pussy willow along with a Coral Embers willow and I have them planted about 20 feet from my house, but then I started reading a lot more about them and wondered if they are invasive enough to still reach the foundation. So, does anyone know if they will spread this far if I keeped them pruned to an 8- 10 foot width? I would appreciate the help, this is my first landscaping project on my new house and I love the pussy willows and the color of the salix Britzensis and would hate to give them up. They are as far away from the house as I can get them.

that was a duplicate message....must have hit the button to send one too many times. Hi Cindy. I am great with Orchids, but this landscaping is hard to plan....and to envision what it will look like in 5 or 10 years when the plants are all so small and some of the hard landscaping isn't in yet. Hope to talk with you again soon. smile
